The Domestic Emergency Command Agency (NEMA) has disclosed plans to train nearby divers across flood-prone communities on improved ways of rescuing victims trapped during flood disasters.
NEMA Chief, Benin Operations Office, Kenoma Ojuederie, disclosed this in an interview alongside journalists during a one-day refresher training for emergency oversight stakeholders on urban look for and rescue.
