The Christian Relationship of Nigeria (CAN) has warned that insecurity and economic hardship are putting enormous pressure on Nigerians, urging the government to raise security agencies and pursue policies that upgrade the lives of usual citizens.

CAN president, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, said this on Friday in Abuja at a press conference to grade the connect’s 50th anniversary.

Okoh said Nigerians had suffered for further than a decade from terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, communal violence, farmer-herder conflicts and other forms of criminality.
