The comedian was discussing the effects of his health battle on his body, career and individual life when the host asked if the brain situation or surgery had affected other aspects of his health, including his sexual function.

Agwu responded, “Later than I do am, prick no dey labor again now. I go dey look. My friends deserted me. He no dey effort.”

Agwu too reflected on his influence on Nigeria’s comedy business area, specifically so his role in popularising the combination of music and comedy.

“Music comedy na me make am o, that is to tell you how my brain dey activity,” he said.

The conversation later became emotional as Agwu broke down in tears during the time that reflecting on his career, relationships and the humans he felt abandoned him during his difficult period.

“God wey I dey help, anybody wey receive hand for wetin happen to me. It is well,” he said.

Veteran comedian and singer, Julius Agwu newly spoke out anbout how his friends annd several colleagues abandoned him when he had a health matter.

He said it was a remarkably difficult time for him ans he lost friends and relationships during the period following his health crisis.

Speaking on the Beer Parlour Talk podcast, Agwu said his friends deserted him once he lost conclude to everything, adding, “My friends deserted me… they stopped talking to me.”

Agwu underwent brain surgery in 2015 following doctors reportedly discovered three tumours in his brain.
