The Rivers Elders and Management Discussion board (RELEF) has expressed concern over the impeachment discover issued to Gov. Siminalayi Fubara and his deputy, Prof. Ngozi Ordu.

The Appearing Chairman of RELEF, Dr Gabriel Toby, a former deputy governor of Rivers, condemned the impeachment transfer in a press release issued in Port Harcourt on Saturday.
