Tinubu mourns two Kano lawmakers who died hours aside

President Bola Tinubu has mourned the demise of two members of the Kano State Home of Meeting.

He described the loss as unhappy, tragic and painful.

The lawmakers, Aminu Ungogo, who represented Ungogo constituency, and Aliyu Daneji, who represented Kano Municipal constituency, died in separate incidents inside about one hour on Wednesday.

In a press release on Friday by his Particular Adviser on Info and Technique, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu mentioned their deaths had created a void, depriving the individuals of their constituencies of dedicated illustration.

“I supply my condolences to their households and constituents in addition to the federal government and folks of Kano State.
