A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Dan Ulasi has stated it is going to take extraordinary efforts to defeat President Bola Tinubu within the 2027 normal election.
Ulasi described Tinubu as one among Nigeria’s most strategic politicians, warning opposition events in opposition to underestimating his political energy forward of the following presidential election.
He spoke on Friday whereas fielding questions on Arise Television’s Morning Show.
According to him, whereas some contributors had been expressing confidence that Atiku had already received the election, he challenged their optimism, insisting that they’d not carried out sufficient political groundwork to assure victory.
Ulasi stated: “You know, in 2023, I stated on this platform that if anyone takes President Tinubu with no consideration, you might be doing it at your individual peril. He’s one of the crucial strategic politicians on this nation.
“When he (Tinubu) was arising, we had an emergency assembly someplace.
“You know, Atiku, all people was there, and other people, governors and so they had been saying ‘you (Atiku), have won, you have won. You have won already’.
“I stated you have to be jokers. And they stated I have to go away the assembly. I stated if I go away this assembly, all people will stroll out right here, and I obtained up.
