The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Kaduna Status, Shehu Usman Bawa, (ABG), has charged voters in the status to vote out the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) for not priotising their welfare.
Bawa, who spoke using journalists at his campaign office in Kaduna, said the PDP was mobilising voters across the status and making the case for a alter of government.
He accused the APC administration of failing to adequately prioritise the needs of communities, arguing that government projects and community money should be directed towards issues identified by residents.
“We were actually going out to enlighten the people on why they desire to vote this government out,” he said.
Bawa said the PDP would propose a unlike strategy to governance if elected, including communities playing a larger role in determining development priorities.
