National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Senator David Mark, has declared that the birthday party will no longer compliant itself to be rigged out in the approaching elections.
Mark made the disclosure right through a courtesy kickback through the Governing Council of the Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy and Development to the birthday party text in Abuja on Wednesday.
