Another neighbour of the deceased, who identified himself easily as Anas, said Sikiru called him once the attackers stormed the community.

A collection source said the attackers initial invaded the residence of an elderly man and abducted two of his children in advance of moving to the house of a dweller identified plainly as Sikiru.

They subsequently abducted his wife and two children.
