A 26-year-old man, Emmanuel Adoga, from Ogoja Local Government Area of Cross River State, has been arrested after raping a lady and demanding N15,000 payment from her.
The incident occurred on 9 October 2026 and suspect was arrested on October 12, 2026, three days after the daddy of survivor submitted a petition to the police.
