SDP presidential candidate demands release of five ‘Tinubu Must Go’ protesters in Borno – Daily Trust

Prince Adewale Adebayo, the Social Democratic Party (SDP) presidential candidate, has known as for the speedy release of five protesters reportedly detained in Borno State for taking part in an indication towards President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

The protesters had been recognized as Ba’ana Grema, Mustapha Abba, Abacha Mohammed Ali, Adam Umar Gubio and Abdulhamid Mohammed.

Adebayo, in a press release issued by the Movement Adebayo for President (MAP), described their continued detention as an infringement on democratic freedoms and accused the authorities of making an attempt to suppress opposition voices.
