Spicy Nigerian Design Chicken Wings

Spicy Nigerian Design Chicken Wings

For this recipe, the balance of the spicy was quite key to me. Most of us love spicy foods, but it’s challenging for one to enjoy any meal together with a lot of pepper.

Ingredients

Whilst I have lately seen a lot of Indian cooking applying yogurt, the opening time I saw a recipe alongside a yogurt based marinated chicken, it was on 9jafoodie’s internet-based platform. I thought, “hmm wetin “pelsin” no go see.” (covers experience)… Up to the time that I tried it and I was like “ewooo!”

But no!

One spice I love and that went well together with this recipe is Uziza(Piper Guineense). My fear was that it would acquire too spicy and clash alongside the Cameroon pepper.

PS: ignore the yellow color on the chicken. I mistakenly over dusted the turmeric over the chicken during my photo session.

I was making some scrub for my address alongside some turmeric and using the same yogurt and I thought to myself “sebi let me include this turmeric to this chicken?” I did and Nna ehn, I can’t even interpret the feeling of the taste.

Not ever express never!

Let me tell you something o.
