Afenifere Leader Fasoranti Dies at 100 – Daily Trust

Pa Reuben Fasoranti, a outstanding chief of the pan-Yoruba socio-political organisation, Afenifere, has died at the age of 100.

Fasoranti, who celebrated his one centesimal birthday on May 11, 2026, was introduced lifeless by Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, in a condolence message on Tuesday.

The governor described the late elder statesman as a logo of knowledge, integrity and selfless service, noting that his contributions to the event of Ondo State, Yorubaland and Nigeria would stay indelible.
