Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, has recalled how delayed former President Muhammadu Buhari persuaded him to approve to the role of SGF following he initially turned down the propose.
Naija News reports that Lawal made the disclosure during an interview using Trust TV, where he spoke on his associate together with Buhari and how he became portion of the administration.
According to Lawal, shortly subsequent to Buhari assumed office as president, the former president contacted him to request whether he was interested in serving as Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
