World mobility and delivery platform, inDrive, will on October 9, 2026, host the third edition of its Safety Summit in Abuja, bringing together key stakeholders to consider safety concerns, incident direction and ways to raise trust across its platform.
The summit, themed “Building Trust By manner of Transparency, Dialogue, and Innovation,” will convene drivers, passengers, couriers, merchants, regulators, security stakeholders and technology experts to inspect safety and functional challenges affecting inDrive’s mobility and delivery services.
Discussions will focus on incident reporting, communication, accountability, fairness and feasible lessons that can contribute to safer experiences for users and partners.
A primary function of the summit will be the “Transparency Earliest” session, which will assessment how inDrive responds to incidents that participate community attention, exactly in situations where details becomes equipped prior to all facts have been accepted.
According to the enterprise, its executives will interpret its incident management and stakeholder communication processes, as well as practical and safety improvements introduced in reply to lessons learned from former cases.
