The Nationwide Affiliation of Nigerian College students (NANS) has submitted a petition to the Division of State Companies (DSS) concerning points affecting some reform establishments underneath the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Chatting with journalists in Abuja on Tuesday, NANS Public Relations Officer Comrade Samson Adeyemi stated the affiliation acted to help the upkeep of public confidence, nationwide stability, and institutional integrity.
Adeyemi defined that the petition requests the DSS to evaluate related issues and make sure that civic actions and public discourse stay peaceable and orderly. He emphasised that NANS helps the constitutional proper to peaceable protest whereas advocating for proactive measures to keep up legislation and order.
The affiliation acknowledged that its actions are guided by a dedication to democracy, peace, and constructive civic engagement. NANS expressed confidence within the professionalism of the DSS and its mandate to safeguard nationwide safety and institutional stability.
Adeyemi reiterated that Nigerian college students and youths are dedicated to peace and democratic governance and warranted that the affiliation’s intervention is meant to help the general stability and way forward for the nation.
