Senate confirms Sani Ndanusa as non-career ambassador – Daily Trust

The Senate on Tuesday confirmed the nomination of Engr. Sani Mohammed Ndanusa as a Non-Career Ambassador/High Commissioner of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The affirmation adopted the presentation and adoption of a report by the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs, chaired by Senator Sani Abubakar (Niger North), which screened the nominee following his nomination by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

During plenary, Senate President  Godswill Akpabio introduced the suggestions of the Committee of the Whole, which scrutinized the screening report submitted by the Foreign Affairs Committee.
