The training, themed “Workplace Mental Health & Stress Suggestion: Building a Healthy, Powerful and High-Performing Workforce,” formed Module One of the Institute’s capacity-building programme designed to equip employees together with practical knowledge and skills required to cope alongside the increasing demands of the contemporary workplace.

The session, held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, was conducted both virtually using the Zoom platform and physically for participants attending onsite, thereby providing wider admission to personnel across distinct locations of the Corporation.
